That line is from my adaptation of the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram. I call it the Mom Magick Ritual of Protection. It's the same bones, just translated into English and made simpler.
I needed to feel it in my body, not just recite it in a language I didn't fully understand.
I do this ritual because I tend to dissociate. I float away from myself. This brings me back. It's a somatic, moving meditation. It grounds me in my body and clears my mind.
I'm not a teacher. I'm just practicing. I share this in case anyone else is curious.
There are songs for the protection rituals streaming everywhere. There are videos of me doing them on my social media accounts. The words are free. The practice is free. I just thought this one turned out nice in case someone wanted a physical reminder.
You don't need this product for protection. I mostly just wanted to put the thought out there.
