I'm a stay-at-home mom and a disabled veteran. Writing music for my inner child has been my way of healing. I share what I make in case anyone else is walking a similar path.

I'm still in the middle of unlearning who I had to be, and I write to survive what's inside me. The mirror work, the songs, the videos — it's all part of that practice. If you've been looking in the mirror with me, or listening to the music, thank you. It means more than you know.

And I know people are listening while they're folding laundry, driving to work, or sitting in the quiet. That helps me feel less alone. Thank you for carrying these songs with me.
