For the ones who pick themselves apart and wonder why kindness feels so foreign.
For the ones who feel like trash in the dump and cannot see a way out.

I wrote it for Sarah. My inner child. The one who learned to hide. The one who hated her own face. The one who was so tired of performing and people pleasing.
She needed to hear that the ache in her muscle is love reaching. She needed to hear that the shiver is the beginning of wings. She needed to know that Crow is not leaving.
