I Am Willing To Like Myself Note Cube | Affirmation Desk Accessory

$27.00

I used to write positive notes and affirmations and put them everywhere — on my mirror, by the fridge, next to light switches. I couldn't speak kind words to myself yet. I couldn't hold an affirmation in my head for more than a few seconds. But I could read them. So I wrote them down and placed them where I'd see them throughout the day.

Louise Hay is where I started. She taught that we've been bullying ourselves for years, and that maybe we could try being kind instead. But I couldn't get there right away. I couldn't say "I approve of myself" or "I love myself" — those words felt too big, too far away. So I started general. I started with "I am willing."

I am willing to change.

I am willing to like myself.

I am willing to heal.

Those were affirmations I could believe, and they were enough.

That practice helped me more than I can say. Even when I forgot to practice, the notes were there — gentle, patient, waiting.

This notes cube is a small version of that. A place to keep the reminders you need to see. The notes on the sides are little messages for the inner child, for the one who's still learning to soften, for the part of you that forgets you're allowed to care how you feel.

And honestly? You don't need my notes cube. You just need the reminders themselves. Whether it's a sticky note on the mirror, a note in your phone, or a piece of scrap paper by the coffee maker — what matters is that the words are there for you. I thought these were cute and someone else might want them too. But the real thing is always you, writing the words you need to see.

Use them for affirmations. Use them for reminders. Use them for whatever the little one inside needs to hear today.

Thank you for looking. Thank you for leaving gentle reminders for yourself. 🐦‍⬛
